My complaint:
This has happened before, but I’d forgotten and tried to order tonight. I chose my items and the store near me, but when I tried to order, the online ordering switched my pickup location to Ben Franklin Drive in small town PA. I tried to change location, using both my city and state and my location, but I just got minutes after minutes of the computer trying to load. I’m not going to drive from the Dallas area for tacos, so you’ve lost my business.
Suggested solution:
Fix the online ordering such that I can enter the local location.
