My complaint:
Ordered two chicken tacos in soft shell. Upon paying, it was $5.18 for only two tacos. I questioned this amount I was told that there was a $1.00 upcharge each from beef to chicken. This is a ridiculous upgrade charge as there were only 4-5 pieces of chicken about the size of your thumbnail on each taco. Beef prices are just as high as chicken, so this doesn’t seem to justify the upcharge. I will no longer eat at Taco Bell due to a mark up of almost 63% which I consider price gouging in this economic time, as I can go to any one of our local Mexican restaurants and receive large, full tacos whether chicken or beef for under $2.00 each. Very disappointed in this experience and Taco Bell in general.
Suggested solution:
With a mark up this high during these times I'd rather not visit your store again. I believe you are taking advantage of the public regarding situations as this.
