My complaint:

Went to the Taco Bell on 150th street in Cleveland around 10pm on 21321. Ordered $14 worth of food and was very unsatisfied with with the order and quality of food. 2 orders of chips and nacho cheese can with chips fried in old oil. Tasted terrible, and couldn’t even be eaten. Missing cheesy Gordita crunch from order. Ordered nachos bel grande nacho fries which came with 15 fries maximum and a tablespoon of meat (beef), 2 tablespoons of cheese and a tiny dot of sour cream. Asked for hot sauce with order and received absolutely no sauce. We did receive a soft taco, beef burrito, beef chalupa and soft taco that was Luke warm but at least edible. Highly unsatisfied with my visit as I’m sure anyone would be expecting the quality that is normally provided at this location.

Suggested solution:

I want a $14 refund. It is not okay to have half of the order completely messed up. No one answered the phone when I tried to call to make my order right. I called 216-251-6333 a few times on 21321 but it rang and then held a busy tone.
