My complaint:
I fount the T2b wallet platform when I was looking to exchange my tbc. Support was always available and helpful so I paid my $100 which turned out to be $98 and I needed to deposit $90 again in order to get the validation cone which I did. After getting the code I processed my conversion and its been 8 hours and I have not received the conversion requested. Support is not responding. They say it takes 30 minutes and now it’s sinking in that I have been Scammed $190
Suggested solution:
They can let me withdraw my deposit. I want my money back.
