My complaint:
I saw this website and trusted that I can convert my TBC to BTC but i have been scammed.
First i deposited TBC worth around 25000$. Then it shows to convert TBC you need to deposit BTC. To start my conversion I have deposited 100$ BTC. Started my conversion with 1000$ Tbc for which I have to pay 10% of BTC fees which is 100$ btc.
The first conversion stucked at 40%. When I chat with the customer support they told that they will discharge for 40% and 400$ btc will come in to my wallet. The transaction got discharged. Suddenly a pop up message came that immediate you should go for premium pack for further conversion. The premium pack cost $300. I purchased the pack. Again my balance came down to 100$.
After purchasing the premium pack I got to know that the minimum conversion for premium pack users is tbc 5000$. This information was not given in any user guide of the company or this information is not given by any customer representative when I opt for premium pack.
Now in this stage again I should deposit 400$ BTC to convert my TBC. Again I have deposited 400$ BTC by trusting this T2B scammers. When I start conversion it got stucked at 50%. Again the message shows that I have clicked twice for the transaction so I need to deposit 500$ more BTC to complete the transaction. I have deposited and the transaction got successful. Now my BTC wallet has 10000$ BTC balance.
When I go to withdrawal again problem arises with the scammer T2B website which states that if I want to withdraw the BTC then I should again deposit 1000$ BTC. The customer support says that I should again buy premium extension pack worth 1000$ BTC for which I should deposit 1000$ BTC instead of keeping 10000$ BTC in my wallet.
Then I registered a complaint in cyber crime. The complaint has been registered in International consumer forum. Even I registered a complaint in crypto currency finder website and the company is on hunt. Also I wrote a complaint to TIDIO who was providing a customer support for T2B with the proofs and sent the complaint copies. TIDIO has been stopped its services to T2B.
Company or an individual who ever operates T2B will be on hunt very soon. Many complaints will be register in future course of action and will take action legally until I get my TBC and BTC back into my account.
I have mailed to T2B regarding this issues but there is no reply from the scammers.
Kindly access this email Id to withdraw TBC and BTC to save from further actions.
Suggested solution:
Company should allow me to withdraw my available TBC and BTC from the wallet.
Me too they scammed me same amount and done the same thing you are speaking of
