My complaint:
Due to my civic duty in this difficult time and in order to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, I as a Canadian Citizen decided to cancel my trip from Edmonton to Abbotsford on Mar 20, 2020. I tried to contact Swoop customer service team since Mar 16 but couldn’t talk with anyone since then. I kindly request to review my claim and return the entire of my money back as the action made along with the Canadian government’s instruction to halt those unnecessary trips and in light of saving Canadian’s life from this outbreak. Thanks for your support.
