My complaint:

Complete failure by Swiss port, caused us to miss our flight due to not getting us to the gate on time, took responsibility initially by arranging and paying for a flight the next day, and after a lot of pushing a hotel for the night, assured us we would be compensated then claimed it was not their fault

Suggested solution:

Accept responsibility and refund us for expenses as agreed plus the loss of a days all inclusive holiday and emotional distres
