My complaint:

Called to order from Swiss chalet as I had 50 dollar gift card, I checked prices on line you could order a family meal 29.99 and get a extra whole chicken for 5 dollars. I proceeded to order, on now the chicken was 33.99 not 29.99 and was told that only one store in Aurora had the special for the extra chicken for 5 dollars. No where on the website did it say Aurora.and no where did it say there was a delivery charge for the family meal.I was on the phone for 36 minutes , I asked to speak to the supervisor, no one came to the phone. As I was speaking someone hung up on me. In my opinion, this was the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Suggested solution:

I was transferred to an escalation person by the name of Ann. Ann was very nice and apologised for the time I had been on the phone and for the treatment I received. Ann took my order and it is being delivered.
From this experience I will not be ordering from Swiss Chalet again. What a disrespectful Supervisor and staff.
I think Swiss Chalet should be the ones to work out the solution.
