My complaint:

Ordered and paid online. Went to do the curbside pickup. Pulled into the spot. Waited for the text so I could hit the ‘I’VE ARRIVED button and they would come out with food. Got an automatic text – there was no I’VE ARRIVED for me to push. Absolutely had to go into the store. Dumb idea if whoever is sending out the text is asleep at the wheel!!! Made me miffed for sure.

Suggested solution:

Get people who can do their jobs properly (sending out the correct text) or a phone number of the store on the sign of the curbside pickup. then at least I could have phoned into the store and someone could have come out with the delivery.
