My complaint:
I ordered a chicken and back rib combo and they sent me side ribs . I called the delivery number back and she said they would send another right. away . then 5 min later the store called back to say they had no back ribs . i told her i paid for back ribs which is more money. she said i would have to call some one else so i called customer service and explained my dilema and he said that another dinner was sent out . an hour later . i still never received my meal so i called back and she put me on hold for 15 mins so i hung up and called again and the connection was bad . and after explaining all this she didnt understand and wanted me to explain it again
Suggested solution:
replace my order or my money at least
