My complaint:
Ordered your new fish and chip dinner. It was virtually uneatable and whoever let this dinner go out the door should be considering another occupation.
A dog would not eat it and it had been re fried at least twice. Picture attached
Suggested solution:
They offered a gift certificate that did no even cover the meal cost. They should at least offer 3 times the meal cost for inconvenience and loss of an evening.
