Swiss Chalet complaint: Extremely poor service and attitude

My complaint:

After being told over the speaker in the drive thru to hold a second, we then waited over a half hour. Now a 5 car line up behind us, we yelled honked and no response. We drove up to the window for the young man to wave his finger one minute to us…he was taking the order of the car that was behind us. We advised we had been waiting for over a half hour for him to state their speakers were not working properly. My husband driving I leaned over and asked if we could put our order in now with him, his response was yes you can and pointed his finger at me and stated without the attitude ma’am WE LEFT
Not at any time was I ignorant to the young man, when we first pulled up yes I was yelling to open the window and not tell us to wait a minute while he took another order as we should have been served first.
This was between the hour of 5pm and 540pm. As this was also happening the female manager or owner was walking around behind him.
This was completely disrespectful and ignorant. We are also business owners and deal with the public and you certainly never allow one of your employees to wag and point a finger at a customer.
This needs to be addressed.
I have never felt so disrespected and insulted before. I am extremely upset by this.

Suggested solution:

The young man should be reprimanded for his attitude and behavior for one, second an apology is definitely warranted.
I am not looking for a free meal, just that this location has always had poor service with their drive thru.
But having someone disrespect me is not
