My complaint:

Sunday November 21st, approximately 5:30pm we went to Swiss Chalet hoping to get diner. -6 outside, when we arrived we were told that they were waiting on chicken for a 15 minute wait time. We said that’s fine can we be seated. We were told that they were not seating anybody until the chicken was ready, which is ridiculous, I’m not sure if you r familiar with the Cambridge location, but it has a very tiny entrance with no where to sit, (us ) a party of three and two other couples were standing there, one couple against the cold door as there is no room in there. We asked why we couldn’t be seated and have a coffee or a drink while we wait and they were adamant that they were not letting anybody be seated until the chicken was ready. This is such poor poor service for a restaurant especially at diner time, not to mention how do you let yourself run out of chicken on a Sunday evening at diner time. Never again will we ever go to this location, absolutely disgusting and very rude, poor service!

Suggested solution:

The restaurant manager or whoever was in charge should be suspended and all who were refused a seat should be granted a free meal. I mean it shouldn’t be a money issue to the location as three couples that we are aware of left, so that’s money you turned down and basically refused.
