My complaint:

Hi this is the second time that i receive coupons by email and the manager of this stores says that he does not honour them. What is the point of sending coupons if the manager does not want to accept them.

Suggested solution:

I think this manager should be told to honour the coupons that are sent to customers i will not be returning.
