My complaint:
The Sweetex dispenser, on the last three occasions I have bought this product, won’t dispense, despite shaking, tapping, and taking it apart (as far as is possible).
And contacting Reckitt is close to impossible. You’d be as well trying to email the planet Venus.
It’s a small thing, but a symptom of a business that only cares about its profits, not its customers.
