Sweetex complaint: Can’t get the sweetex out of the box.

My complaint:

The mechanism on the last two boxes, won’t work and I’ve had to pop them into a separate container so I can still use them. Such a palaver 😟

Suggested solution:

Get a refund, but mostly solve this problem for future boxes!
