My complaint:
goods were ordered and acknowledged 05042020. Value paid 154.98. Estimated dispatch was August 2020. This dispatch date was 5 months away and so order was cancelled by email straight away but in spite of the fact that Sutton’s had said they had already dispatched. they had closed their phone lines.
The goods arrived but were now no use to me. After a number emails which were never replied to. Out of the blue an email arrived from Sutton’s Kieth Mutch asking for a suitable day for collection to which replied that any day would do giving us 24hrs notice.sounded good again after several emails we have heard nothing and the phone lines are not open.
Suggested solution:
Sutton's should collect the unpacked goods and credit bank our account.
Sutton's should apologise as a respected company with a royal warrant that we have dealt with for many years. We even emailed the CEO who did not feel that we were worth a reply.
