My complaint:
I placed an order on the 2nd June order number SUT20518912 and it still hasn’t arrived. I have sent three emails so far and had no reply and I think this is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill my order please send me a refund.
Suggested solution:
Fulfill order or send a refund with an apology.
