My complaint:
I ordered 3 plants of Berberis thun. Ruby Star on 19.1.21. Delivery May.
I received an email in May apologising for the delay but assuring me that it would be delivered by 31st May. If there was any further delay they would inform me. I have heard nothing from them. I have rung three times each time I am assured that it will be delivered the next week. Last week they even offered to cancel the order which I told them in no uncertain terms that I have waited this long I just want the plants and was then told they were definitely coming this week and that I would receive an email informing me of the delivery. Nothing.
