My complaint:
On May 28th I ordered 3 items namely Begonia Devils Delight -Trailing Lobelia and Petunias Frenzy mixed.I have received the first 2 items only. Despite numerous phone calls during which i was told there had been a crop failure on this item,I suggested i would get some locally and Suttons could credit me for the petunias,which was 20 value plugs.During yesterday phone call the young lady said she would see the accounts department and get back to me ,but i have heard nothing, will you please sort this out ASAP.
