My complaint:
After such great service on my lte line I made a very stupid decision to upgrade to airfibre. Technicians came to my premises 1st February 20.00, after installing was advised that I can cancel the lte. Loadshedding hit midnight and in the morning, NO WIFI. I work from home, after hours of unsuccessful call, tried to connect the lte again only to find. It was still connected. Sent a request for immediate cancellation and collection of the airfibre instead the technician came through to try connect where he was even failing. I requested to keep my lte. The after I sold my property and moved to Groblerpark end of February. This area has terrible connectivity and only rain works. Again I requested or should I say resubmitted my cancelation requests as I found the airfibre was still active and you kept on debiting my bank account for -R2600.00. Then one very late evening days after raising my complaint I received a call from a white gentleman, I explained the entire issue was assured it would be resolved, the debit orders would be stopped and the services properly closed and the conclusion would be updated on the actual ticket. To date now you trying to debit me -R5600 the airfibre was physically collected by Khumalo in June from Robert and Zelda court. I have numerous screenshots of communication with your consultants, I’ve requested for your address to physically bring ng the router to your office to avoid courier charges, to date nothing. I have gone to hello Peter and now this is my last attempt to resolve this directly, from here if you are unable to resolve this endless frustration of pathetic service, it’s time to go too the ombudsman and all social media platforms.
