My complaint:

My wifi is capped. Supersonic let it run and I am now sitting at a negative 75 gigs of data, how did that happen? My wifi is capped for a reason. Also their billing is always incorrect. I always receive incorrect amounts and constantly have to send Proof of payments. Customer service agents are unhelpful and rude at times. Horrible service would not recommend to anyone
