My complaint:

I’ve ordered items my mates and mother’s birthday. I checked out for next day click and collect its know the 3 working day and I haven’t received an email or text to collect my order. My mothers birthday as passed. The live chat is always unavailable, you send a message to Superdrug to apparently have a response back in one working day, and they don’t.

Don’t say you can deliver things the next day if you can’t that’s false advertisement. Train your stores to know what they are doing and the are able to carry out their duties!!

Will tell my friends and family about my experience and will definitely will not be using Superdrug again! Waste off time

Suggested solution:

Refund my money as you failed to delivery my parcel the next day

Half off the items are not needed anymore

retrain kings Heath store

Get some better professional workers who know how to follow their job requirements.

Give a store voucher as you advertising false things.

Remove next day click and collect

And I’ve always gone to citizen advice about yourselves and ombudsman
