My complaint:
Whilst purchasing products in store the demeanour of shop worker was disgusting, arrogant insulting smirking and conversating that I was deployed a distraction to do something untoward I brought this up in conversation and was smirked at this employee needs some skills in serving customer’s apparently named Henna asked to apologise to me and was laughed at I’ve told them I’d be complaining my change was thrown onto counter I’ve bought a lot of products and don’t deserve this, I’ll be taking my custom to boots!I hope you will get in touch and rectify this
