My complaint:
2 Weeks ago I logged in a return, the driver came through but did not identify from which company or what item he was collecting, so he took the incorrect item, as I had other courier companies fetching from the offices. To date my item has not be returned nor will your customer services assist in sending it to the correct location, as they have now inconvenient me. I still have not had my superbalist item collected. I am very upset and disappointed with your services. I will be taking this up legally if I don’t get my item returned by Monday 5 o’clock.
There is a photo that my item was received at your warehouse but now your guys can’t find my product.
Suggested solution:
Return my item immediately to the correct address that I had given to the call center. And collect my superbalist item and credit my account immediately.
