My complaint:

Reservation was not complete due to water break and super 8 charged my card anyway and said I would be refunded in 72 hours. Still have not been refunded. The desk clerks were rude about not being able to accommodate the reservation and when I said well will my card be charged they said yes and it was then I was told I would have a refund in 72 hours. When I called today about the refund I was hung up on and then told let me speak to my boss if we will refund you when I called back. I did not stay there after the reservation was made because I was told there were several rooms unavailable due to a water break and it was not their fault the reservation had been made.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be refunded for the non-stay that I was charged for anyway.
