My complaint:
I buy some bean bread all the time but I have had at least 7 to 10 loaves over the last couple of months where one side of the bread is extremely hard and unable to use I am very disappointed as I am planning to switch to a different brand not sure what’s going on
Suggested solution:
I’m not sure exactly what is going on with the processing of the bread but something is not correct I don’t think the same procedure is being used
