My complaint:
I have noticed new packaging the past couple of times I’ve bought bread and each loaf has a different texture than I’ve brought in the past. Has the recipe changed or is the new packaging making the bread stale? I’m almost scared to buy another loaf really considering changing brands as my family refuses to eat sunbeam
Suggested solution:
Go back to the way it was being made before the change
