My complaint:
There was a broken black hose baked into my bread. I complained on the website. Someone called from the bread company and wanted to physically come to my home and pick it, and replace the loaf of bread. I said I could do that myself when I take it to Walmart where I purchased the loaf. I still have the loaf.
Suggested solution:
Not sure. But more than a replacement loaf.
