My complaint:
We noticed a couple of months ago that the texture of this bread has changed. It’s tough and stake even when just purchased. Not sure what they’ve changed but if they don’t fix it soon, we will be changing companies. We’ve bought this bread for over 30 years but we won’t continue to buy it unless they get it fixed.
Suggested solution:
Tell us they will go back to the way they were making it previously. We’ve wasted too much money on it to keep buying it like this. I bought 3 loaves in one week!
