My complaint:
This woman that defended herself from the armed gunman in the Rockford, Illinois store. How you have failed to stand behind this woman is shameful. I know it doesn’t mean anything to you or your pansy-ass corporation, but there is enough food joints out there in my Minnesota area that I don’t have to go to Subway.

Do ALL of this for my support. Make a public apology statement, put her in a commercial with extra pay like your paying an NFL player and name a Spicy sandwich after her.
