My complaint:
I pulled up to the menu board to place my order and was told that they were NOT taking orders for the drive-through. That I had to go through their app to place an order to be picked up.
I was very frustrated by this stupidly???
Suggested solution:
I just don't understand why they would not just go ahead and take and fix my order I was right there in the drive through at their menu board.
There was no other customers there in the drive through.
