My complaint:
On 8282020 approximately 7:12pm . I Placed a online order for 1 footlong meatball and 1 footlong Spicy Italian. When to pick up order the young ladies had no clue which order was mine. GaVe them my information and it took awhile for them to figure out which order was mine. Finally I got my order and left but I realized that the sandwich was cold so I opened it, it was a whole different order.. Went back and explained to them it was wrong..No apologize !!! At all then come to find out they were out of the Meatballs .So since I couldn’t get a refund had to settle for another type of Sandwhich.
Suggested solution:
I would like a apologize and someone to rectify the situation..
P.s I will still eat at Subways
