Subway complaint: Wrong order

My complaint:

Ordered online 2 footlongs.My husband picked it up and came home. Wrong order. Tried to call but number wouldn’t go through. Kept telling me I didn’t need to use a 1 or 0. I wasn’t using it. My husband went back (another gas trip) the correct order had been setting there the entire time. No one tried to call us. Husband brought it home, opened it and was a mess!!! SO DISAPOINTED. Terrible food and terrible service!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund or remake. Talk to your manager and employee that made it. It didn't just mess up ours. But, we were given someone else's food. So they had to get another order.
