My complaint:

I went in to get my lunch and the FEMALE that was working was Rude to me. I am UNABLE to wear a mask due to medical issues. She told me they couldn’t serve me without a mask. I explained to her due to health reasons I can not wear one. She started talking about me to a customer and the other worker in the store WITH me standing there ordering my food. The male worker never responded to her but she talked about me the entire time I was there about lying about not wearing a mask.

Suggested solution:

She doesn't need to work in this field if she can't respect your customers. I was VERY offended by this.
