Subway complaint: webapp when ordering

My complaint:

Every time when we order on the subway site, it always gets messed up, the employees never read the order correctly and when tried to talk to the manager they are rude and tell us that we are incompetent.. at least that is how they make me feel… this time when we tried to order the buy one footlong and get one free it wouldn’t take our payment kept saying error so i called them and explained THEY said that their app was acting up BUT could not do the buy one get discount over the phone or in person because you have to do it on the app????????? that doesn’t make any sense..I used to be a manager at a food restaurant for many years and that is not how you treat your customers..

Suggested solution:

We are not asking for free or credits, just train your managers and crew how to read their online orders correctly and maybe if the app is not working properly like they told me, then make an exception and allow the discount...
