Subway complaint: Wasn’t prepared properly

My complaint:

On Wednesday, April 15 , around 7:30 pm., I ordered the new foot long Nachos. The server didn’t seem to acquainted with the product. Eventually, he opened a bag of Doritos which he spread on a small individual tray. He covered the Nachos with the 2 spoon full. In the mean time he took some strands of Spanish Onion of cheese and proceeded to place it under the grill. In the meantime, he took some strands of Spanish Onion, which he diced. After taking the tray out, gathered some green pepper strands which he diced also with a diced slice of tomato which he spread on the Nachos, there was no salsa anywhere as he told me the Chipotle dressing was used instead, he gave me some sliced hot and Banana peppers to complete the order. It wasn’t till the next morning while watching the Vancouver Morning News where the Subway Chef made one of the foot long Nachos. There was lettuce added on top of the cheese and a salsa mixture also before adding the Chipotle Dressing. I didn’t see the Salsa mixture in the display and I don’t think the store was ready for the sale of this product. The server improvised the best that he could but was lacking training for the preparation of the item. The product was rushed through even though the store wasn’t ready. Shame on them !!

Suggested solution:

A few free coupons would be nice. I love Subway since 1994 when they opened in Victoria.
