My complaint:
In the passed, as well as now the Subway samaches are skimpy. I did stop going to Subway for quite a while. Decided to return today 12222020. I ordered a 6 inch tuna sandwich. When I got home and there was only a small scoop of tuna from the top to the middle of the sandwich an no tuna down the rest of the way. I did try to call them and no one answered all day. I wanted to know if I could get it exchanged for a full 6 inch tuna sandwich.
Suggested solution:
I feel all employees should be able to be informed, better as well as confident to make all the different sandwiches complete. i also think there should be one person in charge at all time. I due feel I should get this sandwich in a coupon or renbersted for it.
