My complaint:

On Wednesday the 7th 2020, my family and I went to Walmart, and as we headed out my husband said if we could buy a foot-long turkey breast sandwich to take home it was around 6:30 pm. Then, the employee{with no mask on} came to me and asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted and I told her that I wanted a foot-long turkey breast sandwich{ I did have my mask on} then she started making the sandwich with chicken breast and I noticed that she was getting chicken breast instead of turkey breast so I told her it was turkey breast, not the chicken breast I noticed she didn’t understand me because of my mask so I raised my voice a little{not yelling} that it was turkey breast to my surprise she started yelling at me WHAT KIND OF CHEESE, WHAT KIND OF CHEESE, WHAT KIND OF CHEESE which I think, it wasn’t the point. To my surprise, she started yelling SECURITY, SECURITY, SECURITY I don’t know why she did that, that wasn’t necessary. Then, security came to where we were he turned to the employee and asked what was happening and I saw the security telling the employee I know it’s not you, I know it’s not you. It was an embarrassing moment for me and my family because there were other customers inside the subway restaurant watching. It was supposed to be a simple take out but instead, we just left the restaurant. The next day on Thursday, we went to talk to the manager but seemed that he treated the situation with little importance. It’s sad because my son had to witness all this. It’s sad to know that there are people who don’t take their job seriously.

Suggested solution:

Train future employees to treat customers with respect, be polite, be kind, and professional. I don't want this to happen to me again or to anybody else.
