Complaint: Unsanitized serving utensils

My complaint:

When I arrive at the subway I wanted to order the tuna sandwich and that’s when I notice the serving utensils for it were dirty with old dried tuna on them. I asked do you clean the serving utensils and the associate said “yes it’s just that we just open and didn’t have a chance to switch them out”. They opened at 6 am and I arrived there a little after 7 so they have been open for an hour but was not able to provide clean utensils. Even after mentioning the dirty utensils the associate continued to use them to make my sandwich. I am very upset, I stopped here on my way to work to pick up lunch and I’m am disappointed and disgusted.

They did not resolve a simple task just by switching out the dirty utensils for clean ones before making my sandwich.
