I brought my family to subway with the expectation of enjoying good sandwiches. Once we came home to eat, and unwrapped two teriyaki sandwiches, they fell apart. The bread crumbled before we could even bite into it, spilling all the cold chicken out of it. We asked the sandwiches be heated but they were actually very cold. We immediately reached out via the phone number on the receipt and no one picked up the phone, so we left a detailed message to include a call back number. No one called is back. So the next day I tried calling again. Again there was no answer. So I went in, the associate said she couldn’t help me. She told me the number on the door is what I should call. Well I checked the door, there’s no number. So then she says okay, I’ll write it for you. Why couldn’t she in the first place? I called the number, no answer. Left another message…..
Refund my money and retrain the managers and associates on good customer service...
