Subway complaint: The substandard service of one employee, vs the excellent service of others.

My complaint:

We get lunches for the kids at the Daniel st subway often. There used to be a wondeful attentive lady who smiled and was a joy to see in the am., she was fast at her job and made excellent sandwiches and gave me exactly what I asked for .I left satisfied with the product and always gave her a gratuity.

Now there are two different men there in the mornings, one is lovely and comparable to the young lady.
The other makes you feel like you are a bother to serve, he is barely audible when he asks about what to put on the sandwich and is rude when he has to be corrected.
He is very concerned with payment, never marks which sandwich so I know which is which and honestly makes me not want to return to this location or subway ever.
My partner who takes the kids to school in my absence feels the same way, so we would like to point out both the exemplary service of the young lady and the substandard service of the young man.
After my experience this am, we will not be going back.

Please be aware that there are two young men there in the am and my comments are about the one who was there today Wednesday February 26th at 8am.

Suggested solution:

Maybe address the issue with the employee.
If I was the owner I would not want someone with such lack of customer service skills working there.
I work in customer service and this service is just bad.
