Subway complaint: Terrible service

My complaint:

(ID -Tans 1XA-255478 served by: 999997) (Order 542AF879-74 )We ordered our food online at 6:44:56 pm 1052020 was told that it would be ready @ 7:00 pm we arrived @ 7:03pm to see there was no curb side service was made wait in the drive thru behind people who was ordering there food we finally received our food at 7:46pm was treated like dirt when we complained and laughed at by a smug little employee our toasted sandwiches was soggy and cold! And to top it all off there was only thee cars in front of us and it still took them that long other cars behind us left i wanted to but as my fiancee poited out we have already paid and it is getting late! It was a very frustrating experience! Never have i been treated this way at any other subway!

Suggested solution:

What is the point of ordering online if i have to go set in line @ the drive thru behind everyone else that has not ordered online? Makes no sense to treat customers this way! How to resolve this we want our hot toasted sandwiches like we ordered! And an apology!
