My complaint:
On several occasions I have purchased a gluten free sub at subway this is any and all locations in the lower mainland and every time my sandwich just falls apart literally into crumbs. It’s dry and I have had to throw my entire sandwich away as I’m unable to eat it. Why can’t this franchise do better and really look into providing a good quality product for its customers with gluten allergies. It’s super frustrating we have come a long way on gluten free breads so why is it that you can’t provide your customers with a satisfying bread to support your sandwich’s due to my repeated experiences I’m reluctant to purchase from subway ever again. And or tell friends and family that it’s worth their while. You advertise gluten free options but the product is terrible and leaves those of us with allergies dissatisfied with a mess on my hands and lap.
Suggested solution:
Provide a better product!!
