Subway complaint: Poor manager attitude

My complaint:

On 7192020 at 1:01pm, we stopped for lunch on our way to northern NH. There were about 8-9 people ahead of us in line, but we stayed anyway. A short stocky woman was asking what kind of bread and meat, then sliding the rolls down to the ONE guy who was adding toppings, wrapping, bagging, getting drinks and running the cash register. At one point, there were no fewer than 7-8 half-finished subs that she slid down the counter. The poor guy couldn’t work any faster. She kept saying he’s new. At NO TIME did she help him add toppings or take payments. All she talked about to the people behind us is how she fixed a poorly performing store elsewhere, so they transferred her to this store to fix it too. It took us over 40 minutes to get our subs. Worst Subway experience ever. (Continued below)

Suggested solution:

Besides the way-too-long-wait, the store was pretty shabby. At least 5 of the sandwich choices on the board had a crude piece of cardboard taped over them saying Not Available. When we asked for swiss cheese, she said we don't carry that any more. When I asked for spicy brown mustard, she said we haven't had that since December. When I asked for napkins, she said We don't have any, and showed me a roll of paper towels. If she was sent there to fix this store, she's got a long way to go, and it should start with her attitude toward her customers.
