My complaint:

I bought a sandwich and paid with cash. The purchase was $6.25 I received $3.00 back. When I asked about my change I was told because there is a shortage of change that their policy is to just not give change. I asked then if when the change is over .50 cents do they round up and give back the whole dollar. The andwer was “no” with a laugh. An employee pointed to a paper thst explained the change policy but I like most other people don’t read every piece of paper taped to the wall. Let’s just call this what it is, it’s stealing and it’s upsetting.

I want my .65 cents back. No more no less and I will not be returning to that restaurant.
