My complaint:

Subway employee an African American lady was working at store 5415 in El paso tx. I passed the drive thru order station. I get to the window she ignores me and continues mopping she goes to the back she sees im.parked there and continues to ignore me when she gets done washing her hands she comes to the window and she mumbles something about me trying to get her attention by honking I asked her what she said and she slammed the window on me. I go back around and she automatically refuses my order and tells me that theres a complaintnumber on the website. I asked if she was racist because from the beginning she didn’t want to take my order or help me. I responded back to her and she opens the back door like she was ready to fight so I left. Is this how the subway corporation has their employees treat customers this is the second subway I’ve gone to and been treated poorly. This store is also not open for customers to walk in while all other restaurants are open. I really hope this employee does not continue to work for a large corporation. If she’s the manager I really hope the corporation finds a better management team and team members to run the store far better than the way they treat their customers.

Find better team members honestly this lady was rude and not helpful this store does not deserve a rating
