My complaint:

I had an awful experience at Subway inside the Kitchener Fairview Park Mall.

I am very picky with food and before even asking the worker put two handfuls of lettuce on my sub. and i said no no no and they were like oh o lettuce i replied yeah nothing on it and they went ahead and grabbed some of the lettuce off but i was like no no need to remake i do not want it i will not eat it but they said they are too busy huge line cannot remake sub and forced me to pay for it.

I would very much like a refund i have a picture of the receipt and the sub. It cost me 13.77. I think this is totally unaccetable and the sub is inedible to me i had to throw it out.

I would appreciate a response as to what will happen.
