My complaint:
My 12 year old daughter decided to use her hard earned money to buy her and her friends subway today! We went to the centereach New York location. She ordered a 12 in Turkey sub and 12 in meatball marinara. They man who was wrapping the sandwiches tried 3 times to wrap them properly but couldn’t … both subs were still showing after wrapped.
He then put both subs in a tiny paper bag. I asked if he could give me a Speer bag for each and he said no I didn’t need it. Well we got back to the house and my daughter was carrying the subs and the bag ripped open and left both subs on the ground. I’m upset because this is my child’s hard earned money that she chose to spend at subway and never got to eat.
On top of this I asked if the man could put my receipt in the bag…. No receipt . Honestly I will never go to this location again I’ll stick with Holbrook New York location. I am requesting my daughters money back. The total was $14.11 I had a coupon for 2 subs for 12.99.
Suggested solution:
I would like my child’s money back a store credit is also fine.
