Subway complaint: Rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my 65 year.

My complaint:

I attempted to get 50 off on my second sub after your app would process my payment after attempting for over a hour. The heavy set woman, dark hair, approx 50 working at 2:15 on 5121 told me she could not do it. When I replied that your company shouldn’t offer the discount if the app doesn’t work she started YELLING AT ME, screaming that I WASN’T GETTING A DISCOUNT! I was shocked because I have never in 65 years had anyone representing a company. When I told her not to yell at me she kept yelling at me and threw me out and at that point she kicked me out. We then argued and finished by flipping each other off.

Suggested solution:

This woman absolutely needs to be immediately and I think anyone in your corporate office should agree. This person should never represent a company. I honestly cannot believe this happened. I never even demanded the damn discount and was willing to pay full price.

I also want to be compensated for this experience. Please remember that you are responsible for your employees actions. This was way, way, out of line. I also plan to file this complaint with your corporate office on 5321.
